Shipping policy

Shipping is FREE in the United States only! Your items will ship out within 5-7 business days of purchase. Holidays and weekends are NOT included in processing or shipping times. U.S. Postal Service (USPS) is our preferred shipping carrier. If you're trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. All packages are shipped USPS First Class (2-3 business days). Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Once your package leaves our facility we cannot intercept a package, expedite transit times, change shipping methods, or locate your package beyond the carriers tracking information. We are NOT responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit or marked as "delivered" by the carrier. J.C. Designs cannot be held responsible for packages returned to sender, marked by the carrier as "delivered", or sent to the wrong address due to incorrect information provided by customer. Please double check that your address CAN be delivered to and that the information you enter is correct. Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. I am a full time teacher, and I will do my ABSOLUTE best to get things out in a timely manner.....but sometimes life happens! I will be in contact if that does occur!
